Student room 14 m² Rue Dodonée in Brussels

Collocation for 5 persons (only girls).

I'm going on Erasmus so I let my room from 1st September until the end of January (1st semester).
My room is quite big (see pictures) and furnished (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves, sink and mirror).
We share the kitchen (equipped in particular with a little oven and a microwave oven), the toilets and the shower.
The building was renovated last year and the owner is the manager of the Proxy Delhaize on the ground floor (he is easily contactable).

Situation: situated in the area of "La Bascule", going to the city center is easy (tram 7 and then 3, in 30 min). The collocation is 4 min walking from the ISTI (Institut supérieur de traduction et interprétation), 10-15 min by tram (7) from the ULB, 10 min by tram (7) from the train station of Etterbeek, 30 min by tram (7 and then 3) from the train station of Brussels South and 40 min away by tram and metro (7 and 1) from the campus of the UCL in Woluwé. There are several supermarkets in the area, one of which is the Proxy Delhaize on the ground floor of our building.

Price: 295 per month, service charges included (even the internet). Guarantee deposit of two months.
