Spacious bedroom with high ceilings and big window showing on a very green view. The room is in a family house where I with my 15 years old son and we have a second student's room (rented by a Canadian girl). The bathroom has a big bath and a shower and is to be shared (my son has his own shower room). The kitchen is quite large and has big windows onto the garden and it is to be shared. Students have also access to the garden and to the terrasse. I am looking for a quite tenant, respectuous of our family life, not smoking. The room is free now. We are very closed to the tram 51 and buses 43 and 60 (3 minutes walk). The train station Uccle Calevoet is at 5 mintutes' walk (it goes to Brussels Midi, Central and North) and the station Moensberg (going to Merode and Delta) is at 15 minutes' walk
