We still have our last 2 double rooms available in our student residence: rooms 2.50 and 2.53.

These spacious units are designed for 2 students who want to live together while each having their own private space. Each unit consists of two separate bedrooms connected by a sliding door.

• Double room 2.50: €1,040 + €190 charges/month, €1,230 total/month
• Double room 2.53: €1,120 + €190 charges/month, €1,310 total/month

The prices indicated are for the entire unit for 2 students.

The monthly charges include water, electricity, heating, WiFi, and the maintenance and charges for the common areas.

These are the last 2 available rooms in our residence for the 2026–2027 academic year.

• The accommodation is intended for 2 students
• Accommodation is exclusively reserved for students
• Belgian students cannot register their official domicile at the residence
• International students may temporarily register their domicile as part of their residence permit
