A lovely shared house with young professionals is looking for a new flatmate to complete the household: 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and easy, free parking in front of the house.

We are three roommates between the ages of 26 and 28, and we're looking for a roommate in a similar age range to maintain the current vibe of the house.

The room, which becomes available on 1 September, is 16m² with a private bathroom and toilet, and is furnished.

The rent is 610/month + 75€ in service charges, totalling 685€/month all-inclusive. (Service charges include water, gas, electricity, boiler maintenance and building insurance)
