Une petite chambre au balcon ensoleillé se libère dans notre duplex situé à Gribaumont (Woluwé-Saint-Lambert).
La chambre n’est pas meublée, mais possibilité de racheter des meubles aux colocataires sur le départ. Il y a 2 salles de bains, 2 toilettes, une cave, un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver.

👩 Eleonora (pour quelques semaines), 26 ans, qui travaille dans la EU Bubble, adore les bons repas entre amis et le swing 💃 Étant italienne d'origine, elle parle principalement anglais et comprend le français à la coloc.
🧑 & Guillaume, 33 ans, amateur de culture et écrivain le jour et… pareil la nuit. Cordon bleu et du genre à laisser traîner mille bouquins partout, tu le croiseras sans doute bouquiner jusqu’à tard le soir dans le salon.
🛋️ On aime que ça soit propre, rangé et cosy. On organise de temps à autre un souper coloc, mais sinon on apprécie se croiser et se poser ensemble spontanément.
💸 Le loyer mensuel est de 618 € (loyer, eau, chauffage) + 45 € (électricité et internet) + 20€ (titres-services ménage).
📅 Début du bail le 15 juillet (possible dès le 5 juillet).

A small bedroom with a sunny balcony is becoming available in our duplex located in Gribaumont (Woluwé-Saint-Lambert).
The room is unfurnished, but you may be able to buy furniture from the outgoing roommates. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a basement, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
🔎 We’re looking for a person (French and/or English and/or Italian speaker), non-smoker.
You, the rare gem, will be sharing the space with
👩 Eleonora (for a few weeks), 26, who works in the EU Bubble, loves good meals with friends, and swing dancing 💃 Originally from Italy, she speaks mainly English and understands French when living with roommates.
🧑 & Guillaume, 33, a culture buff and writer by day - and… the same by night. A master chef and the type to leave a thousand books lying around everywhere, you’ll likely find him reading late into the night in the living room.
🛋️ We like things to be clean, tidy, and cozy. We organize a housemate dinner from time to time, but otherwise we enjoy running into each other and hanging out together spontaneously.
💸 The monthly rent is €618 (rent, water, heating) + €45 (electricity and internet) + €20 (housekeeping).
📅 The lease starts on July 15 (lease possible as early as July 5)
