Summer Sublet: Private Studio in Studeopolis (July & August 2026)
I am graduating early and looking for a student to take over my studio for the summer. The room is available for July and August, with the contract officially ending on August 31, 2026.
The Studio (Level 2):

Extra Kitchen Space: You also have access to a shared kitchen on the floor, which includes your own private locked cupboard for cooking supplies.
Guest-Friendly: The housing provider does not strictly monitor room access, making it very easy to host 1-2 friends overnight.

Student Status: You must be a currently enrolled or incoming student to rent here, as the dwelling is strictly intended for study accommodation.
Domiciliation: Permitted for international students. For Belgian students, domiciliation is not guaranteed and requires explicit written permission from the landlord.

Parks & Recreation: Park Maximilien is literally right in front of the building, offering outdoor workout stations, as well as football and basketball fields. Tour & Taxis (exhibition center and padel courts) is only a 10-minute walk away. Groceries: The closest supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away (open daily from 8:00 to 20:00, closed on Sundays). Transport: Exceptional connectivity. A bus stop to the city center is 3-4 minutes away. Gare du Nord (major train and metro station) is a 6-minute walk. City Center: You can easily walk to the heart of Brussels in just 10-15 minutes!
