Forest is one of those neighbourhoods people discover and never want to leave. And this house is exactly why.

We're 12 people here. Real housemates, not just people sharing a corridor. We do dinners together a few times a week — someone always ends up cooking way too much pasta, which is never a problem. In summer, the BBQ comes out and the garden basically becomes a private terrace bar. It's the kind of house where you come home on a Friday evening and end up staying up until 2am talking with people you genuinely like.

🌳The neighbourhood
You're a 5-minute walk from Parc Duden — great for a morning run, a lunch break in the grass, or just doing nothing in the sun. Around Altitude 100 you'll find some of the best spots in Brussels right now: Picpoul for a glass of natural wine after work, Mangiavino for proper Italian pasta that will ruin all other pasta for you, L'Altitude for a drink on a sunny south-facing terrace in a former petrol station that somehow became the coolest bar in the area. For breakfast, Janine is your local boulangerie-brasserie, the kind of place you'll go every Saturday morning without fail. Tram and bus right at the door, 20 minutes from anywhere in Brussels.

🏡The house
Big common living spaces, a beautiful garden that gets a lot of sun, and all the practical stuff sorted too. There's a laundry room, a dedicated bike storage space, and a coworking corner for when you need to actually get work done without leaving the house. Everything has been thought through so that living here is just... easy.

🛌Your room
Private en-suite bathroom — your own bubble inside the house. Some rooms also have a private toilet. Fully furnished, move-in ready.

💰What's included — everything, seriously
One fixed price covers: rent, heating, electricity, wifi, Netflix on the TV, and a cleaner who comes once a week for the common areas. No bill surprises, no arguments about who used the most hot water. Just pay and live.

🌞 Summer deal — rooms from July
We have rooms opening up this summer and we're doing a special rate for July and August. Good time to land, settle in, and enjoy the garden before September gets serious.
