I am looking for someone to take over my room starting in July, not later than that! We are a house with 9 young roommates from different countries. We are usually busy during the day but we have dinner together every now and then or go out for drinks : )
We share a kitchen and a living room, bathrooms are shared between two people each.
The house is newly renovated in a quiet neighborhood of Etterbeek, close to Schumann and the EU institutions, even closer to VUB. The room is furnished, cosy, in a private corner of the house and has a terrace which is super nice.
Rent is 655€, utilities included. Someone comes to clean the common areas every week. The duration of the contract is super flexibel, as long as you find someone to take over your room after you move out. If you don’t have a regular income you should have one guarantor who does. Domiciliation is possible.

La durée du contrat est très flexible, à condition que tu trouve quelqu'un pour reprendre votre chambre après votre départ. Si vous n'avez pas de revenus réguliers, tu dois avoir un garant qui en a. Domiciliation possible.
