Shared housing 110 m² Rue de la Révolution

Hi there!
We, Antoine, Evelien and Carmine, are looking for a new roommate in our coloc of 4 to replace Audren (me). The room is available starting June 1st.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed with a dedicated storage area underneath, a desk with its chair, a wardrobe, two small bookshelves, a desk monitor and a hanging trail for clothes. It has its own individual bathroom. 850 € incl. utilities

Our duplex apartment is on the top floors (3&4) of the building, for which we have an elevator. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, a washing machine, a spacious landing and a nice south-facing terrace. The building, which is shared with NGO offices on the lower floors, also has a garden.
The apartment is located inside the Pentagone, a stone’s throw from Place de la Liberté. The street is calm, and there are many bars and restaurants right around the corner. Parc de Bruxelles is a mere 5 minutes away. The central station is a 15min walk, 10 if you need to catch a train. Many metro, tram and bus stops are close by (Madou, Botanique, Parc, Congrès…).

About us:
Antoine , 30 y/o, into cooking and games. Cooks everyday so will probably find him in the kitchen most of the time. Spends most of his time-off on the Internet, or playing board games and tabletop RPGs.
Evelien , 28 y/o, into books, parks, plants and guitars. Writes a lot. Often makes cookies and dessert that she couldn’t possibly all eat by herself. Likes going to museums and watching movies at Cinematek. Goes on walks, runs, and trips to the bouldering gym.
Carmine, 26 y/o, from the South of Italy and most recent member of the flat. He loves going to the cinema, and watching movies and series at home, going hiking, exploring new places and meeting new people.

We like to live at our own rhythm, but we do like to hang out in the kitchen or in the living room and maybe watch some tv. Or get some ice cream at the real (! ) Italian gelateria nearby.

The languages of the house are currently English and French.

We would like to find someone who is around our age, who would describe themselves as calm and tidy, and who would be staying 1 year minimum.

The visits will take place starting next Sunday 4th of May from 2pm and if it's not possible for you, visits can also be organized Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th from 7pm.
