Student room 16 m² Prins Albertstraat

I'm going to Erasmus for the first part of next school year, so I'm renting my dorm out for that time. The dorm itself is really great. It has its own shower and toilet, and the kitchen is shared with the other students living there. The room is on the third floor (if you start counting from 0) and has a nice view of the street.

As you can see in the pictures, I love to decorate my room. Most of the furniture will stay while I am away, so this is perfect for another Erasmus student who wants a cosy room that feels like a home. I also have cutlery, pots and pans that you can use. P. S. Let me know if you don't want to keep any of the decorations. I can take them home with me and store them somewhere.

The dorm is at 'Rue du Prince Albert 9' in Ixelles. This is a very nice area (close to Porte de Namur and Louise), where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shopping malls. So you'll never be bored. The building is next to a busy shopping street, but it is far enough away that you won't hear any noise.

The isolation is really good. I've lived here for a year and never heard any noise from the neighbours or the nightlife. I even thought that I didn't have a neighbour. The thick stone walls will keep the house at a comfortable temperature all year round.

There is also a bus next to the building that goes straight to the centre and to other universities, like ULB and VUB. Because of all the close-by public transport, it's easy to get to most places in Brussels.

The price covers all the costs, including the rent, water, heating, Wi-Fi and internet.
