Student room 20 m² Rue César Franck in Brussels

I am a student going on erasmus and I am subletting a spacious room on the ground floor. The common area (bathroom and kitchen) iis on floor -1 and are to share with two other students. The student room is available only to girls as it is a girl only house-share. There is a laundery room and a small living room to share with the other two floors (9 people total). It is located near everything you might need and is only a 10-minute walk to the Université Libre de Bruxelles. The area is nice and lively, with lots of students, bars and restaurants. The room is available from january to may. ( possibility to sublet until june, to discuss)
