quittant ma colocation adorée, je suis à la recherche d’une personne (par préférence une femme) pour me remplacer à partir du 1er mai.
La chambre d’environ 20 m2 se trouve dans un duplex très lumineux d’environ 150 m2 rénové récemment, avec terrasse et accès à un jardin. L’appartement et la chambre sont complètement meublés, il n’y a plus qu’à y déposer ta valise. La localisation est idéale, entre le Parc Royal et Madou, à côté de la place de la Liberté, non loin des métros/trams/bus.
La colocation se compose de trois jeunes travailleurs autour des 30 ans (2 hommes et 1 fille) et d’un adorable chat, Sacha. La chambre en elle-même se trouve au dernier étage du duplex. Elle partage une salle de douche avec la seconde chambre de l’étage. Elle est meublée (lit, armoire, table de chevet, possibilité de racheter un bureau) et revient à 545€/m + 120€/m pour les charges.
Le reste de l’appartement est meublé, il contient un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, le nécessaire de cuisine, un salon avec une télévision, une table à manger, une terrasse avec un barbecue et une table… Nous avons aussi accès à un jardin le soir et le week-end.

leaving my beloved flat share, I am looking for someone (preferably female) to replace me from the 1st of May.
The room of about 20 m2 is located in a very bright duplex of about 150 m2 recently renovated, with terrace and access to a garden. The apartment and the room are fully furnished, all you have to do is put your suitcase there. The location is ideal, between the Royal Park and Madou, next to the Place de la Liberté, not far from the metros/trams/buses.
The roommate consists of three young workers around 30 years old (2 men , 1 woman) and an adorable cat, Sacha. The bedroom itself is on the top floor of the duplex. It shares a shower room with the second bedroom upstairs. It is furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table, possibility of buying a desk) and costs 545€/m + 120€/m for utilities.
The rest of the apartment is furnished, it contains a dishwasher, a washing machine, kitchen necessities, a living room with a television, a dining table, a terrace with a barbecue and a table… We also have access to a garden in the evenings and on weekends.
