Neighborhood life. The accommodation is located very close to Avenue Louise, Rue du Bailli, the Châtelain district, and is surrounded by green space (Buchholz Park, Tenbosch Park, woods, and Cambre Abbey).
Accessibility. Due to its location, it is easily accessible from the Midi Station, by metro or tram (20 min). It is also easy to get to the city center. By car, it is very close to Vleurgat Road and Waterloo Road.
The apartment dates back to the '60s but offers today's comfort in a typical Brussels neighborhood.

Everything has been freshly renovated. The kitchen and bathroom have been modernized. The stove works on gas, a small dishwasher, a fridge, and a freezer are at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washing machine.
The living rooms are bathed in light with their three 2 m wide windows. The bedroom with a double bed overlooks the rear wooded area and is a peaceful place. It also includes a wardrobe and a work table with matching chairs.
Access to a small private balcony shaded in summer and clear in all seasons.
The toilet is new and located in a separate room.
What you need to know before renting:

It is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building and has an elevator or stairs, depending on your energy level. Access is through a double secured door.
Parking is outdoor and on the street, which has parking meters.
The wooden floor is original, it's beautiful, but it can also be noisy. For this reason, we ask you to remove your shoes in the apartment and to be respectful of the people living in the building.
The heating is central.
Internet is provided.
The rent includes utilities (water, electricity, and heating) up to the forecast (230E/month), any excess will result in additional charges.
A monthly cleaning is also included in the rent.
