The room is rented furnished (see photos) UPDATE: The fridge and microwave have been removed. You also have access to the kitchen which is fully equipped.
The bedroom opens onto a large terrace and you also have access to the kitchen terrace on the rear side of the building.
The toilet is separate and shared.
It is possible to do laundry (washing machine and dryer) for a small compensation.
Possibility (to be discussed) of using a garage (bicycle, scooter or motorbike) and common bicycle room.
If you are missing anything, don't hesitate, I have no problem to buy what is needed for this place to feel like home : ).
I live in the apartment by myself. I bought it recently and am in the final stages of renovation (last finishing touches).
I am a young worker (31) and looking for someone respectful.
