Cinquantenaire est une belle maison de maître en face du parc du cinquantenaire. Elle se situe au 7 Avenue de la Renaissance, 1000 Bruxelles. Elle se compose de 9 chambres, d’une cuisine commune, d’un salon, d’un living et d’une cour aménagée avec barbecue.

🍽️SEULEMENT CHEZ NOUS, tu disposeras, dans la cuisine, d’une armoire privative (fermée à clef) contenant ton frigo, ta propre vaisselle fournie.

16m2 rez-rue + salle de douche et toilette privatives, accès en chambre.


Au niveau pratique, nous demandons toujours une caution équivalente à deux mois de loyer. Pour les contrats dont la durée est inférieure à 6 mois, des frais de première installation seront facturés aux occupants selon la grille ci-dessous :

Cinquantenaire is a pretty house located in front of the park Cinquantenaire. The adress is 7 Avenue de la Renaissance, 1000 Bruxelles. There are 9 rooms, each with private bathroom + toilet, a shared kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and a courtyard with barbecue. Beautiful and bright room in a typical Brussels old mansion. Each tenant has a private bathroom + toilet and a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, dish ware & pans -pots in the kitchen. You will have access to a courtyard with barbecue, the kitchen, the tv room and the laundry room. The house is located right in front of the cinquantenaire and 5min walk away from Schuman and European institutions. You are right in the middle of the european quarter.


🍽️ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided.


16m2 street level + direct access to bathroom. Bathroom and toilet private.


Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :
