Studio for rent on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. Located 200m from bus/tram/metro (Simonis) with good connection to UZ Jette, within walking/cycling distance from the city center, and 50m from Elizabeth park and the large fitness center Stadium.
We are looking for a quiet person who wants to rent for a longer period (minimum of 1 year). There are two children in the house (3 and 6) and we welcome babysitting, mostly when the children are already in bed and we go to cinema or for diner.
It is important that we find a quiet person who does not play loud music, organise parties, etc. Domiciliation is not possible.
