De studio is lekker koel in de zomer en snel warm in de winter.
De studio bestaat uit een private inkomhal (dus geen colocatie met andere studenten) met rechts de studio met aansluitende badkamer, keuken en inbouwkast.
Een privé toilet bevindt zich aan de linkerkant van de inkomhal.
Begin 2021 is er een inductie vuur geïnstalleerd met twee kookplaten, een basis servies, bestek, potten en pannen zijn ook aanwezig.
Er is ook een bed en matras voorzien van 160x200 cm (nieuw van 2020), kledingrek, en wandrekken.
NIET AANWEZIG = bureau + bureaustoel
De studio is onderdeel van een oud handschoenen fabriek (19de eeuw) met een grote binnenkoer. Het gebouw ligt half verdoken van de straat af en is enkel toegankelijk via een toegangspoort, waardoor het wonen hier enorm rustig en veilig is.
Aangezien dit een niet echt de typische 'party' omgeving is - met voornamelijk werkende mensen en gezinnen die genieten van de rust en het karakter van deze plek - zoeken we een rustige, lieve en mature student(e).

The studio is nice and cool in the summer and quickly warm in the winter.
The studio consists of a separate entrance hall (no colocation with other students for example) with on the right the studio with connecting bathroom, kitchen and fitted wardrobe. A private toilet is located to the left of the entrance hall.
An induction stove with two hobs has been installed early 2021, a basic set of cutlery, pots and pans are also provided.
There is a bed and mattress with 160x200 cm (new 2020), clothes rack, and wall racks.
NOT AVAILABLE = desk + office chair
The studio is part of an old glove factory (19th century) with a large courtyard. The building is half hidden from the street and is only accessible through an entrance gate, which makes living here extremely quiet and safe.
Since this is not a typical “party” environment - with mainly working people and families enyoing the quite yet vibrant city life - we are looking for a quiet, sweet and mature student to rent from us.
