Student room 28 m² Avenue des Capucines in Brussels

Hello, I have to leave my lovely room because I am going on an exchange.
This room is fully furnitured and comes with everything you see on the picture. On top there is a sink and a small fridge in the room. The contract is normally restricted to one year, however if you find a successor you can move out earlier.
