Spacious 15 m² room for one person in a luminous 1950 “belle étage” house. Quiet neighbourhood with shops and restaurants close by. Metro 6 minutes on foot. Breakfast corner, kitchen and sunny garden accessible.

The room on the 2nd floor is fully furbished and has central heating with an individual thermostat and double glazing. There is a comfortable single bed with an extra bed underneath for occasional visitors. There is also a wardrobe and a desk with a comfortable chair and shelves.
The shared bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The fully equipped kitchen next to the room with a breakfast table for two is reserved for my guests.
Free Wifi and alarm clock in the room.
Television set with antenna (local stations).
Washer and dryer can be used for a modest contribution.
The shared parts are cleaned once a week.
Acces to south terrace and garden with furniture, parasol and deck chairs.
