I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment located just a short walk from Anneessens station.

- Availability

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can move in end of July, early August. A move-in during end of August is also possible. However, the room must be taken over by September 1st at the latest.

- The apartment

Located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator.

The apartment doesn't have a living room, but it includes a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a washing machine, a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet. There's also a storage room.

The neighborhood is very well connected by public transport and offers easy access to Brussels city center.

- Your private space

The person taking over my room will have:

a private bedroom (10m2)
an additional room, perfect as an office or private living room (10m2)

Both the bedroom and the office have built-in storage closets, providing plenty of storage space.

I'll also be leaving behind:

a clothes rack;
a rocking chair;
a desk lamp;
an office chair.

- Your roommate

You'll be sharing the apartment with Gérard, a 28-year-old tattoo artist. He's calm, respectful, and spends most of his time in his room. He also has a cat, who stays almost exclusively in his room as well.

August: €544/month
From September onwards (after the annual indexation): €576.40/month
€17/month for internet
€16/month for electricity
Approximately €90 every three months for water
