Room in owner's house 28 m² Grande Rue au Bois in Brussels

We rent a nice room in the second floor of our typical Brussels house, under the roof. Cost including all charges: 600 euros a month (water, heating), electricity not included. Big light bathroom with washing machine to be shared with a second student.

Walking distance to the Berlaymont (10min) and to European Parlement (15-20 min). Tram 25, 35, 62 (direct access to North Station, Central Station, Place Montgomery, Shopping area Rogier). Good access to European Quarter and to NATO HQ: busses 64, 65 and others. Direct access to ULB/VUB (tram 25) and UCL (tram 25 + metro 1)

Park Josaphat is around the corner, beautiful park for jogging, having coffee or just a peaceful walk. Villo, Cambio, supermarkets, breakfast places, cheese shops, bakeries, nice bars and a public swimming pool also around the corner.
