Student room 15 m² Rue du Gouvernement Provisoire in Brussels

I will leave my Room at the beginning of July and therefore look for a student to take over the lease (1 year renewable).
This is a great room on the first floor of a completely renovated building on rue du Gouvernement provisional (in the center of Brussels). The whole floor is made up of student rooms with a beautiful common room composed of a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, two refrigerators / fridge), a lounge and a small terrace.
It is the largest one in the floor, it is bright and pleasant at will. It also has a private bathroom. It is furnished (I can also resell the mattress).
The building has a common laundromat for a fee, otherwise there are several five minutes' walk away.
