I am leaving my magnificient student room as I've started to work.
FREE FROM: 1/03/2020
MIN STAY: 3 months (max leave 31/08/2020 after you'll have to discuss with landlord)
LOOKING FOR: A girl (student or intern => perfrect location if you are an intern in the EU institutions, the room is lacoted just next to the Luxembourg sta)tion near EU Parliament : ))
TRANSPORT: Buses 38, 80, 95, 34, 27, Metro: Troon, etc. Next to luxemboug station, 20 min from ULB university, 5 min from Marie Haps)
Adress: Chaussée de Wavre 222

Large room: 20m2
Kitchen & bathromm to share with 1 person (very nice) last year student from Marie Haps.
Rent: 490 EUR (ALL IN => internet, heating, electricity, water, common, etc. no extra charges!!! )
Caution: 1 month of the rent!

Je quitte mon magnifique kot étudiant située à Ixelles à côté du Parlement Européen (Chaussée de Wavre 222 1050 Ixelles).
Libre: 1/03/2020
Contrat min de 3 mois et max 6 mois (31/08/2020) à voir avec la propriaitaire pour la continuation.
Pour une fille étudiante ou stagiaire =>localisation parfaite pour une stagiaire des communauté européennes ou centre ville car très bonnes connexion transport (Train, Bus 38, 95, 80, 34, 27, etc. ), non loin du métro Troon).
Le loyer comprends TOUTES les charges (internet aussi).
La caution = 1 mois de loyer (490)
