Young professionals looking for fantastic housemates for our brand new ecoflatshare in Etterbeek.

The House

It's located near Carrefour de la chasse and rue du champ du roi. The house is a typical Brussels-style with :
- 1st level: living room, dining room, kitchen, toilets and access to the garden
- 2nd level: a bathroom, toilets, a big room (25m²), a room (14m²) and a little room (9m²) that can be a guest room or an office
- 3rd level: a bathroom, toilets, 2 rooms (14m²) and an another little room (9m²) that can be a guest room or an office
- Basement: laundry room and stocking places

The house is unfortunately unfit for wheelchairs (there are steps at the entrance and stairs only to access the floors)

We are not yet living in the house ourselves as the previous tenants are still there and will move in collectively on the 21st of september. Thus the pictures are those of the original add.

The rooms
The two first flatmates (Antoine and I) will all take a 14m² room of 600 euros each, which leaves :
- a room at 25m² at the 2nd level, with wooden floor and white walls, and in-built "second room" with a big bay window to the garden at 700 euros (can also host a couple)
- a room at 16m² at the 3rd level, with wooden floor and white walls at 600€.
The rooms are not furnished.

We estimate the charges to go around 70 per person (water, electricity, gaz, internet, cleaning person twice a month).

Who are we?

Alex : 25, french-austrian. As she grows up between the suburbs of Paris and Austrian Alps, she has one dream: defending the earth against injustice. After leading an NGO on climate change, she now comes charging at the European Parliament where she will work for a green MEP on EU market and consumer protection. Her musical career swaying between Hip hop and musicals would have rocketed already if her competitors hadn't been jalous of her sense of humor and ravaging irony.

Antoine: 26, normand. Relentless ecologist, he will give you a kick of european politics, zero waste, kitch french songs, eurovision and Céline Dion. Thanks to him, you'll wake up to the soothing sound of radio news in the morning. After working for some time on agriculture, Antoine just began working for a green MEP on fisheries. He only swears by his bike and night trains. Confessing your place trips over the week-end should only be done at your own risk!

The spirit of our ecoflat
We want to establish an ecoflat by establishing zero-wastish practises, growing plants and being vege-friendly. We want to ensure a welcoming house for all with a queer-friendly spirit. You are between 24 and 35 and recognize yourself in the house project.
You will be added to the lease agreement and flatsharing contract.
