Nous sommes 2 étudiants de 20 ans (2ème bac en Ingénieur Commercial à l’ICHEC et 3ème bac en Traduction et Interprétation à Marie Haps)
Une chambre de notre collocation de 3 personnes se libère à partir de septembre. Idéalement situé à proximité du quartier européen, à 3 minutes à pied de l’arrêt métro de Maelbeek et à 2 minutes à pied d’un carrefour et d’un delhaize, nous sommes juste en face d’un parc pour pouvoir étudier ou se promener pour prendre l’air. Le kot est tout équipé avec une cuisine, une salle de bain commune pour 3 ainsi qu’un grand salon/salle à manger.
Le prix est de 380€ par mois où il faut rajouter les charges (wifi, eau, …).

We are two students (one Sales Engineer and one Translator/interpretor) and we both have 20 years.
A room in our collocation of 3 people becomes free in Septembre. Ideally located near the European district, near the metro stop Maelbeek and near a Delhaize and a Carrefour (shops), we also have a big park where you can run, study or have a break. The collocation is fully-equipped with one big living room/dinner room, a kitchen, a bathroom for 3, 3 bed rooms.
The price is 380€ a month and you have to add the loads (wifi, water, lift, …)
