A 5 min à pied de Stockel et à 20 min UCL et seulement 200m du Colruyt et du 39 arrêt Burbure.

Cuisine équipée frigo, freezer, micro-ondes, four, évier, salle de douche et 2 lavabos. Bel environnement. Les chambres font 12m². L'espace commun est de 25m². Les charges fixes comprennent le wifi, chauffage, gaz, électr, et l'eau.
