Nous louons une chambre de 18m² au 3ème étage de notre maison unifamiliale refaite entièrement à neuf.
La maison est située sur les hauts de Saint-Gilles, en face de la commune du Ixelles très animée, à 3mn à pied de la Place du Châtelain et à 1mn de la station de tramway Janson.
La location comprend : La chambre, la salle d'eau avec douche, lavabo et toilettes privatives, un salon TV avec canapé et grand bureau. Total 30m2.
Le linge de bain et de lit sont fournis.
Le ménage est fait une fois tous les mois par nos soins et l'accès à la grande cuisine familiale, à la buanderie, au wifi HAUT débit.
Epiceries et marchés bio à 5 mn à pied. Enorme choix de restaurants/ take away /night shop/bars autour de la maison.
Vous êtes totalement indépendant dans une ambiance sereine et sécurisante.
Ce logement convient très bien à une/un étudiant pour 1 an de scolarité.
Nous avons une fille de 16 ans et un chat !
L'accès aux transports en commun bruxellois est donc très pratique, je suis là pour vous faciliter les choses, je vous donnerai tous les informations nécessaires.

We are renting an 18m² room on the third floor of our just renovated house.
The house is in Saint Gilles district, 3 minutes walk from Place du Châtelain. We are a short 30 seconds walk from the closest tram stop, Janson. Market/Organic supermarkets in 5 Mn by walk.

Included is the following: Bedroom and private WC with a sink and shower, one TV room, huge desk and sofa.

Cleaning done 1 time per month. Full access to the kitchen, laundry, broadband wifi
