Flexible rental periods of 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 months, with stays ending by 31 August 2027.

- Students are also welcome to bring their own furniture

For hygiene reasons, mattresses are not provided. Students are asked to arrange a new mattress. A suitable model is available at IKEA for approximately €99. We can help collect it before arrival.

Our student residence has 16 private rooms, divided over two floors.

Each floor offers:

- A large, fully equipped shared kitchen
- 2 shower facilities
- 2 toilets
- Shared laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers

RENTAL PRICE

€420 rent + €100 charges = €520/month

Charges include heating, water, electricity and internet.

Optional furniture purchase: €250, one-time payment.
