Chambre à louer – disponible à partir de fin novembre

Je quitte mon logement après y avoir vécu pendant 3 ans durant mes études. C’est un logement dans lequel je me suis vraiment très bien sentie, et je cherche donc quelqu’un pour reprendre ma chambre à partir de fin novembre.

La chambre fait 25 m² et se situe au 2ᵉ étage, côté façade. Elle dispose de sa propre salle de bain.

Le logement comprend également des espaces communs à partager :

* une cuisine équipée
* un lave-linge et un sèche-linge
* une terrasse
* une femme de ménage qui s’occupe chaque semaine des espaces communs
* eau, gaz, électricité et internet compris dans les charges
* assurance incendie et entretien de la chaudière compris

Loyer : 725 €/mois + charges.
Une majoration de 100 € est prévue en cas d’occupation de moins de 6 mois.

J’y ai passé 3 très bonnes années et je cherche quelqu’un qui pourra à son tour profiter de ce logement.

Room for rent – available from the end of November

I am leaving my accommodation after living there for 3 years during my studies, and I am looking for someone to take over my room from the end of November.

The room is 25 m² and is located on the 2nd floor, facing the front of the building. It has its own private bathroom.

The accommodation also includes shared common areas:

* a fully equipped kitchen
* a washing machine and dryer
* a shared terrace
* a cleaner who comes every week to clean the common areas
* water, gas, electricity and 400 Mbps internet included in the charges
* fire insurance and boiler maintenance included

Rent: €725/month + charges.
An additional €100 will be charged for stays of less than 6 months.

I have really enjoyed living there for the past 3 years and I am looking for someone who will enjoy the place just as much.
