共享租房 109 m² Rue Stevin

Hi! I’m a 24 years spanish girl who is leaving Brussels and I’m looking for someone to take my room. The apartment is at Rue Stevin 118, in case you want to have a look at the area on Google Maps.

The room is very spacious and includes a small private bathroom with its own sink and shower. The toilet is in a separate room and is shared with the girl in the room next door.

The landlords are a married couple who own the whole building. I’m currently looking for someone to take over my room starting **October 1st**, as for personal reasons I have to move back to Madrid on September 30th.

They require the new tenant to stay for 1 year. It is also necesary to provide proof of sufficient financial means.
