共享租房 36 m² Rue de la Brasserie

Bonjour, je cherche quelqu'un pour me remplacer dans ma colocation dont le contrat dure jusqu'au 28 février que je dois malheureusement quitter pour retourner dans mon pays.
J'ai une très grande chambre avec beaucoup de rangements et une douche privé.
Je serai heureux de vous vendre les meubles à petit prix ! : )

La coloc elle même est très spacieuse avec une grande cuisine/salon, une terrasse et un jardin, une salle de bain spacieuse et toilettes. Nous avons un four à gaz et un lave-linge. Nous sommes au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et à 2min à pied de la place Flagey avec l'arrêt du tram 81 juste devant notre porte.

Pour le moment nous sommes 3 filles et un garçon (moi), mais l'une d'elle part ce mois ci et sera remplacé par un garçon en octobre. Donc l'idéal serait de trouver une fille pour garder le ratio 3-1 : ))
Nous sommes étudiants entre 23 et 26 ans et nous gardons souvent des chats ici !

Hello, I'm looking for someone to remplace me in our house share that we have until the 28th of February which I'm unfortunately having to leave to go back to my country.
I have a very spacious room with plenty of storage space and a private shower.
I would be happy to sell the furniture I have accumulated at a low price, including the bed ! : )

The house is also very spacious with a big kitchen/living-room, a terrace and garden, a big bathroom and separate toilet. We have a gas stove and a washing machine. We're on the ground floor and are two minutes away from Flagey Square on foot with the 81 tram-stop right outside the door.

For now we are 3 girls and one boy (me), but one of the girls is leaving soon and will be replaced by another boy so ideally we'd like to find a girl to replace me to keep the 3 to 1 ratio we had going ! : ))
We're all students between 23 and 26 years old and we often cat-sit for friends !
