Je cherche quelqu'un pour reprendre ma chambre d'étudiant du 1er juillet à septembre (renouvellement du contrat pour 12 mois possible !! ).
La chambre coûte 430 € par mois (ttc).

La chambre est située dans le quartier d'Anneesens.
Les sanitaires sont à partager avec d'autres personnes (5-8 personnes).

‼️La chambre n'est pas meublée comme sur la photo‼️, mais les éléments suivants restent en place : la table, la taque de cuisson et meuble de cuisine, l’étagère près de l’évier, l'armoire en bois, un chauffage électrique d'appoint.

‼️The room does not come with the furniture shown in the photo‼️, but the following items will remain: the table, the cooking plate and the furniture it’s on, the shelf near the sink, the wooden wardrobe, an additional electric heater.
