Located in the basement floor in a clean and cosy house in Brussel. Cleanness and a quiet study environment is a central rule in the house.

Fully furnished studio consisting of a separate bedroom, second bedroom with private kitchen and third room with bathroom (serves 2 persons) . Acces to the garden.
The basic rent is 500 euro per person and the furnished studio consists of:

First Room :
* one student room for 1 person in front side of the house with private fridge, bed, desk, desk chair, ironing board, rack to dry clothes, book case, big trash can, wardrobe.

Second room:
* one room for second student: ed, desk, desk chair, ironing board, rack to dry clothes, book case, big trash can, wardrobe.

Kitchen part
* private fridge, private freezer, equipped kitchen for 2 persons, - private not shared with other residents in the house

Bathroom
* private toilet and shower - not shared with other residents in the house

Forfait fixed price 75 euro a month per person
Not included: laundry machine and dryer (to be paid separately when used)

The monthly fixed forfait covers:
* internet (soon to be through fiber)
* room is cleaned every two weeks, kitchen and bathroom is cleaned every week
* clean bed sheets are provided every two weeks
* water
* electricity
* gas
* central heating
* Other: toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags (white, yellow, blue, ), kitchen towels
