🏠 The room is cozy and spacious, around 20 square meters, fully furnished and you would be living with 4 other people in a shared house, all internationals, working in the EU institutions, NATO and the UN. The house is on three floors and has a living room, kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom, a small backyard and comes with all necessary household appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, oven etc.

🏬The neighbourhood is peaceful but at the same time vibrant with many restaurants and cafes around. All the main supermarkets chains are in close distance as well.

💵 The rent price is €680 all included for the first two months while for the rest of the rental period it would be €780 all incl. Short rental is possible as well!

Vous partagerez une maison avec 4 autres personnes, toutes internationales, travaillant dans les institutions européennes, l'OTAN et l'ONU. La maison est sur trois étages et comprend un salon, une cuisine, deux WC, une salle de bain, une petite cour et tous les appareils électroménagers nécessaires, dont un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, deux réfrigérateurs, un four, etc.

🏬 Le quartier est calme et animé, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité. Les principales chaînes de supermarchés sont également facilement accessibles.

💵 Le loyer est de 680 € charges comprises pour les deux premiers mois, puis de 780 € charges comprises pour le reste de la location. Possibilité de location courte durée.
