Duplex room - Newly reopened student house near Narafi

Located near Wiels. Student house with 8 bright rooms, a communal living room, 2 kitchens (with dishwashers and all the other necessities) and showers. There is also a small courtyard and a roof terrace. Each room has a sink and mirror, as well as a bed, wardrobe, and desk (although the latter three can be replaced with your own furniture). Bicycle racks/stations are located in front of the front door. Costs include gas & elec, water, internet & weekly cleaning person.
About me
I had a fantastic time as a film student in Brussels and hope to give you the same experience. I have been living nearby for several years and love the neighborhood. I look forward to turning it into a great student house! Extra p(o)(i)nts for those who bring others to come and have a look or even to live together.
