合租房 18 m² Rue Wayenberg

It’s a room in a house. The room comes with a 3 seater sofa, a mini washbasin with mirror, a 1. 2m x 2m king size bed with mattress, a large desk, a cloth stand, a 3 chamber wardrobe, an electric vacuum cleaner, two chairs, two large storage shelves and a full-length wall hanging mirror. There’s also a large open space in the middle of the room, enough to lay down yoga mats or fit an extra single bed for occasional guests. The windows faces towards the sky with a panoramic view from house’s roof , safe and private to enjoy natural scenery.

The whole house has six people in total(Max). We share one big kitchen, two shower rooms where one of them have a bathtub, three toilets, and two sinks. The kitchen is downstairs and fully equipped, there’s one fridge, two freezers, six gas stoves, two sinks, a kettle, a microwave oven and a convection oven, large trash cans etc. Everyone has their own big cupboard. The landlord also hires a cleaner who comes every two weeks to clean shared areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, shower room and hallway.

📌Location:
The house is in the 1050 Elsene/Ixelles area. There’s a bus stop right around the corner with STIB/MIVB line bus 60 varia station, and it’s about an 8-minute walk to Blyckaerts station bus 38 and 95, Museum station bus 34 and 80 or Germoir/Mouterij SNCB/NMBS train station. The neighborhood is close to the EU area almost 10 min/600 meter walk from Brussel Luxemburg train station, very quiet and safe, mostly residents walking around. Within a 10-minute walk, there are two laundromats, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Colruyt and Delhaize. It takes around 10 minutes by bus to Etterbeek station plus a 5-minute walk to ULB or VUB, 15 minutes by bus to the Brussels city center, and 5 minutes on foot to nearby asian/african grocery shops.

💵Rent:
€530/month, all bills included (gas, water, electricity, heating, internet).

📅Availability:
A. The room can be rented from January 1 till February 1 for an one month temporary sublet lease. If leased for that time then only 100E deposit is required which is refundable after the grace period finishes if no damage takes place.
B. The earliest move-in date is September 1. My current contract ends on August 31, so the landlord is looking for a student who can take over the place for long-term contract. the room rental contract can be signed online if booked from outside EU and the room can be visited in person too if the potential tenant is in Belgium.
