Une chambre se libère dans notre colocation à partir de début février et on est à la recherche d’une nouvelle coloc sympa pour rejoindre l’aventure !

📍 L’appartement
Situé à quelques mètres des transports en commun (arrêt : Princesse Élisabeth & Verboekhoven), commerces ( Lidl, Carrefour et Colruyt) et autres commodités.
Il est plutôt lumineux, fraîchement rénové, se constitue de deux étages, bien agencé, avec 5 chambres au total, 2 salles de bain, une grande pièce à vivre, une cuisine équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, etc. ), un petit balcon et une cave.

🛏️ La chambre
Disponible à partir de début février , la chambre est en mezzanine, meublée d’un bureau construit dans le mur. Loyer mensuel : 480€ + 60€ de charges (eau, gaz, électricité, internet…).

👫 Les colocs
On est actuellement 4 colocataires (âgés entre 22 et 24 ans), toute étudiantes jobistes. On cherche quelqu’un de cool, respectueux, de propre et avec un bon esprit de coloc.

A room will become available in our shared apartment at the beginning of February, and we’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join the adventure!

📍 The Apartment
Located just a few steps from public transport (stops: Princesse Élisabeth & Verboekhoven), shops (Lidl, Carrefour, and Colruyt), and other conveniences.
The apartment is bright and well laid out, recently renovated, spread over two floors, with 5 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. ), a small balcony, and a basement storage area.

🛏️ The Room
Available from the beginning of February, the room has a mezzanine roof, furnished with a desk built into the wall.
Rent: €480/month + €60 in utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, etc. ).

👫 Your Flatmates
We’re currently 4 housemates (aged 22–24), all student-workers. We’re looking for someone easy-going, respectful, tidy, and with a good flat-sharing mindset.
