The room for rent is bright, includes its own terrace, and is currently unfurnished — furniture can be provided if needed. You will have to sign for 1 year at least.

The living room is large, filled with natural light, and opens up to a south-facing terrace — perfect for relaxing together in the sunset! The building is well-insulated and equipped with air filters — ideal for people with allergies.

The roommate I am looking for:
✨ Ideally a female student, in their twenties
✨ Tidy, calm, responsible — someone who contributes to a comfortable living space
✨ Non-smoker
✨ Speaks English, French, or Dutch — all fine

The rent is €575 (utilities and internet not included).
Move-in is possible from the beginning or mid-August.
At the end of June, there’s a meeting scheduled with the landlords (a lovely couple).
