The living room is large, filled with natural light, and opens up to a south-facing terrace — perfect for relaxing together in the sunset! The building is well-insulated and equipped with air filters — ideal for people with allergies.

The roommate I am looking for:

✨ Tidy, calm, responsible — someone who contributes to a comfortable living space
