Hello! After 4 years I am leaving my wonderful furnished room.
It is available from 1st of June, located in St Gilles/Forest area.

🙋‍♂️We are looking for a new roommate, preferably a boy, as we want to keep a good balance of genders. You are going to have 5 roommates, all of them being young professionals (aged 27-29) with diverse nationalities.

We have a beautifully decorated, spacious living room with high windows, that let in a lot of light, creating an open feeling. We have a very comfortable sofa on which you can watch TV with your amazing roommates. The living room looks out over a terrace with a bbq.

👨‍🍳There is a wide and modern kitchen, equipped with an espresso machine, microwave, oven, large fridge, and mini-fridge.
Located beneath the living room we have a cellar with a pool table, gym area, and big speaker to play music. The house includes washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment.

🛏️ The room (number 3) is 25, 32 m². It includes a queen-size bed, closet, desk, and office area. It has a large window that gives an open feel to the space. The room also has a private bathroom, equipped with your own toilet, shower, and sink.

📺 Timmermans house has incredibly friendly and fun roommates that are always down to watch a movie or go out for drinks, but also respect each other’s privacy.

📭 The house is located close to two big supermarkets, boulangeries, a gym, metro/bus stations, beautiful parks and lots of nice bars.

✅ Rent is 746 EUR + 127 EUR of charges (gas, internet, electricity, etc. ), with annual indexation in September.
