合租房 15 m² Avenue Prekelinden 在 Brussels

Hii guys, I am finishing my studies and will be moving out at the end of June. For the months July and August I am subleting my room. If you are interested maybe renting the room for the subsequent year (12 month contract) is also an option.

I am living here with two roommates, who will probably also not spend much time here during the summer.

The location is quite close to the tram George Henri, close to supermarkets like Aldi, Carrefour and many other stores. To the VUB Campus I currently need ca. 15min by bike which is similar to taking the tram. The parks and the european quarter are also not far.

I am renting out the place completely furnished but will have to take out everything at the end of august if not differently agreed upon.
