🛏️ The Room: A bright and furnished room with a stunning view of the canal and a large, cozy terrace perfect for relaxing or having a drink. The location is great—just a 15-minute walk from the Bourse, and a short metro or tram ride to VUB/ULB and RITCS/EHB.

🚇 Location: Excellent public transport connections! Trams 82 and 51 are just 2 minutes away (Triangle and Arts & Métiers), bus 89 is also 2 minutes away, and metro stations Delacroix (M2/M6) and Graaf van Vlaanderen (M1/M5) are just a 10-15 minute walk.

💰 Price: €550 per month, all included: gas, electricity, and internet.

🎓 Perfect for students and young interns: We are all students at VUB, UGent, and RITCS, and we speak fluent Dutch, French, and English. We’re looking for a clean and organized housemate who will help create a cozy atmosphere and fit in well with the group. Bonus points if you enjoy a good conversation or having a drink!
