Une place se libère dans une colocation située à Ixelles à côté de l'arrêt Germoir, donc super emplacement niveau mobilitées que ce soit en tram 81 ou bus 95, voir même le train. Le bus 95 t'amène à l'ULB d'un côté et dans le centre de l'autre 😉
L'appartement est aussi à 15 minutes à pieds du Parlement Européen
L'environnement dans le quartier est assez vivant avec plein de petits trucs sympa à faire, de petits bars, jolis parcs et un supermarché Colruyt, Lidl et un Carrefour Market à moins de 5 minutes à pieds.
Notre appartement est lumineux et meublé, il comprend 3 pièces de vie, une cuisine équipée, une douche et un WC séparés, pour un total de 75m2 🕺🏻
La chambre: il s'agit d'une grande chambre de (+/-)16m2 avec parquet au sol. Sa hauteur sous plafond et sa grande fenêtre font de la chambre un endroit super agréable. Niveau meubles, tu y trouveras un beau placard, un lit-simple avec sa table de chevet, un grand bureau blanc et encore d'autres meubles (type kallax) pour le rangement !
Machine à laver et sèche-linge sont dispo au sous sol de l'immeuble et nous avions également l'habitude de nous retrouver tous ensemble dans le petit espace extérieur commun à tous les coloc dans la cour ! À savoir que cette coloc est au 1er étage dans un petit immeuble de 4 étages avec chaque étage possédant ses propres colocations.
Sinon, dans la coloc tu pourras retrouver deux autres étudiantes ! 🫶🏻
Loyer mensuel charges comprises: 685€ (dont 15€ pour l'utilisation de la machine à laver et sèche-linge)

A spot is available in an appartment located in Ixelles right next to Germoir, which means an amazing spot when it comes to freely move around Brussels by tram 81, bus 95 or even train! Bus 95 takes you to the ULB on one side and to the center on the other 😉
The appartment is also located at a 15 minute walk to European Institutions
The environment in our neighborhood is quite lively, with lots of fun things to do, small bars, pretty parks and a Lidl and Carrefour supermarket less than 5 minutes away on foot.
Our bright, furnished apartment comprises 3 living rooms, an equipped kitchen, a shower and a separate toilet, for a total of 75m2 🕺🏻
The bedroom: it's a large (+/-)16m2 bedroom with parquet flooring. High ceiling and a large window make it a super cosy room. Furniture-wise, you'll find a nice closet, a single bed with bedside table, a large white desk, a super comfy / big chair for chilling and more furniture (kallax) for storage space!
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement of the building, and we would usually get together in the small outdoor space shared by all the flatmates in the courtyard to have a beer! Please note that the flat is on the 1st floor of a small 4-floors building, each floor having its own flatmates.
In the flatsharing you will be living with 2 other girls who are also students
