共享租房 15 m² Chaussée de Tervuren

Room available from 5 November in Auderghem. The apartment is in a peaceful green neighbourhood near Rode Klooster (a big, lovely park), but still very accessible with Metro 5, Tram 8, and Bus 34. It’s about 15 minutes by bus to Arsenal, so close to the VUB. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment you’d share with Chelsea (23y). Scroll down for a short introduction of herself : ))

Communication is important, sharing works best when you can say what you need. The apartment has a mid-century feel, a cozy living area, a bathtub in the bathroom, and is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven... Chelsea will go on an exchange to Korea at the end of February, so the setup will shift a bit later on (if you have a friend you’d like to live with, that’s a plus ❤) I’m the current flatmate and will be away from November until May–June in Latin America, so the room is free during that time. Rent is €650 all included (the price is negotiable). Subletting is possible, as long as you find someone to finish the contract. Visits are usually only possible after 18: 00 (weekdays) or on Fridays, as Chelsea would like to be present for interviews. Pets are also welcome, as long as they’re clean and not destructive (my cat stuff will probably stay in the apartment).

Hi, I'm Chelsea✨🌼 I'm studying 'agogische wetenschappen' at the VUB (social-cultural sciences) and currently doing an internship.
I appreciate the little things you can share with a roommate, going for walks, cooking, watching movies, or being creative together. It’s nice to have those moments to connect. Other then that I’m respectful of others personal space and needs.
Outside of that, I enjoy the gym, running, or yoga, and I also love good coffee and going out now and then. I look forward to meeting you🌷
