Ixelles - furnished room in a shared flat - 825 € rent - mid-June/end of June

Hello!

Unfortunately, I am leaving my beautiful furnished room in Ixelles at the end of June (maybe already 24 June) which is why I am looking for someone to replace me. You would share the flat with my lovely flatmate Renaud (31). You should stay at least for six months, preferably longer, as the contract expires at the end of this year with the possibility to be renewed. The rent is 825 € incl. all utilities and WIFI + 1. 450 € deposit.

The flat is situated in the basement (-1 floor) but it's very airy thanks to the big windows and has a big open kitchen/living room and dining area. It also has a garden which was newly planted recently with a BBQ and sitting area. The room is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, a closet, mirror and built-in closet and book shelves – you only need to bring your suitcase!

Also, the living room is furnished with a couch, couch table, TV, sideboard, desk + chair (which you can use when you work from home), as well as with a dining table and chairs. Of course, you can bring personal decorations and plants if you like. The flat is perfect for someone who is new in Brussels and wants to try out living in the city without investing too much into new furniture.

The flat is situated in a rather calm side street with not much traffic but still really close to lively Place Flagey (13-minute walk) with a lot of bars and restaurants. With the proximity to stations like Gare Etterbeek, Delporte, Buyl, Gist and Geo Bernier, you can get anywhere fast. Also, there are a lot of supermarkets nearby (Proxy Delhaize, Carrefour Express, Carrefour Market, Aldi) and a great bakeries (La Fleur du Pain, Herminé). Basically, you have everything you need in this area.

The greatest thing about the flat is your future roommate Renaud, he is very easygoing and fun but also reliable and neat at the same time. A few words about him: Smiling, original, likes to share but needs his cocoon to recharge, I like to make my life independently of the roommate and from time to time meet and have a drink, adaptable, flexible, open to party, likes a correct cleanliness but not military, respectful of the needs of the other, sings often, empathetic. Otherwise, I am French, I like badminton, meeting people, nature, science, music. I speak French and English. I work in recruitment of IT profiles in Brussels.

Malheureusement, je quitte ma belle chambre meublée à Ixelles à la fin du mois de juin (peut-être déjà le 24 juin), c'est pourquoi je cherche quelqu'un pour me remplacer. Vous partagerez l'appartement avec mon charmant colocataire Renaud (31). Vous devriez rester au moins six mois, de préférence plus longtemps, car le contrat expire à la fin de cette année avec la possibilité d'être renouvelé. Le loyer est de 850 € toutes charges comprises et WIFI + 1. 450 € de caution.

L'appartement est situé au sous-sol (-1 étage) mais il est très aéré grâce aux grandes fenêtres et dispose d'une grande cuisine/salon ouverte et d'une salle à manger. Il y a aussi un jardin qui a été planté récemment avec un BBQ et un coin salon. La chambre est meublée d'un lit, de tables de chevet, d'une armoire, d'un miroir, d'un placard encastré et d'étagères à livres - vous n'avez qu'à apporter votre valise !

Le salon est également équipé d'un canapé, d'une table de salon, d'une télévision, d'un buffet, d'un bureau et d'une chaise (que vous pouvez utiliser pour travailler à la maison), ainsi que d'une table à manger et de chaises. Bien sûr, vous pouvez apporter des décorations personnelles et des plantes si vous le souhaitez. L'appartement est parfait pour quelqu'un qui vient d'arriver à Bruxelles et qui veut essayer de vivre dans la ville sans trop investir dans de nouveaux meubles.

L'appartement est situé dans une rue latérale plutôt calme, avec peu de circulation, mais très proche de la place Flagey (13 minutes à pied), très animée, avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. Grâce à la proximité de gares comme la Gare Etterbeek, Delporte, Buyl, Gist et Geo Bernier, vous pouvez vous rendre n'importe où rapidement. Il y a également de nombreux supermarchés à proximité (Proxy Delhaize, Carrefour Express, Carrefour Market, Aldi) et d'excellentes boulangeries (La Fleur du Pain, Herminé). En fait, vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans ce quartier.
