共享租房 10 m² rue des deux tours

Hello everyone, I am going to Germany for an opera summer academy and I am offering you my room.

It is located at 2 steps from the city centre and the European Commission, it is ideally situated (Metro MADOU and SCHUMANN). There are many shops and markets around to do your shopping, as well as many restaurants!

The room is in a large shared house and is available from 1 July to 1 September 2024. You will have a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and 2 shelves. There is also a sink and an electric piano!

The rent is 450€ all inclusive!
Everything is included in the rent (water, gas, electricity, internet) and you also have a large living room and a large kitchen on the ground floor, equipped to prepare your meals (with a fridge allocated to you). There is also a large shower room for daily showers and a washing machine for your clothes.

The room is on the 2nd floor, so you can sleep well!

Bonjour, je pars en Allemagne pour une académie d'été et je vous propose ma chambre.

Située à 2 pas du centre-ville et de la commission européenne, elle est idéalement située (Métro Schumann et Madou). Il y a autour de nombreux magasins-marchés pour faire vos courses, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants !

La chambre se trouve dans une grande maison en colocation et est disponible du 1er juillet au 1er septembre 2024. Vous disposerez d'un lit, d'un bureau, d'une armoire et de 2 étagères. Il y a également un évier ainsi qu'un piano électrique !

Le loyer est de 450€ tout compris !
Tout est inclus dans le loyer (eau, gaz, électricité, internet) et vous disposez également au rez-de-chaussée, d'un grand salon et d'une grande cuisine équipée pour vous préparer vos repas (avec un réfrigérateur qui vous est attribué). Il y a également une grande salle de douche pour prendre vos douches chaque jour et une machine à laver pour vos vêtements.

La chambre se trouve au 2e étage, vous pourrez donc dormir tranquille !
