共享租房 25 m² Rue des Atrébates 在 Brussels

Je sous-loue ma chambre les mois de juillet et août 2019.
Il s'agit d'une belle et grande chambre (+/-25m²) dans une colocation de 4 étudiants dans une belle maison situé à Etterbeek, proche du cinquantenaire, du rond point Montgomery. (Metro Thieffry et tram Boileau).
La maison est occupée par les propriétaires au rez-de-chaussée et au 1er étage.
Ma chambre se trouve au 2ème étage avec une deuxième chambre occupée par une étudiante. Il y a une salle de bain au même étage. La chambre restera meublée comme sur les photos.
Deux autres étudiants occupent le 3 étage étage avec également leur propre salle de douche.
L'espace commun (petite cuisine, frigo, four, micro-onde, etc. ) se situe au dernier étage.

Hi! Im renting my room during july and august 2019.
It is a big and beautiful room (+/-25m²) in a shared house of 4 students in a beautiful house in Etterbeek, next to the cinquantenaire and Montgomery. (Metro Thieffry and Tram Boileau).
The house is occupied by the owners on the ground floor and the 1st floor.
My room is on the 2nd floor with another room rent by another student. There is a bathroom on the same floor. The room will be furnished as in the pictures.
Two other students occupy the 3rd floor with their own bathroom.
The living room is on the top floor with a little kitchen (fridge, oven, microvave etc. )
Price: 400€ everything included
