Appartement de 2 chambres nouvellement meublées près de la station de métro Aumale (10 min. d'Erasme et de De Brouckère, 15 min. de Schuman) .
Pour étudiantes/stagiaires qui aiment un milieu de vie CALME et s'amusent en dehors de l'appartement. Les chambres sont pour 1 personne. Visites : un week-end par mois maximum car l'appart est petit, pour éviter le bruit et respecter l'autre étudiante.

à 50m métro Aumale, proche de tous commerces et supermarchés, parcs, et Basic Fit; 15 min. à pied de la gare du Midi.
Salle de douche et cuisine avec coin salle à manger à partager parfois avec une 3ème personne souvent absente, qui dort à un autre étage.
Cuisine : four traditionnel, four à micro-ondes, bouloir électrique, toaster, mixer (+batteur et hacheur), extracteur de jus, frigo/freezer, taque de gaz avec 3 becs, assiettes, casseroles etc...
Pas de lave-linge mais il y a 2 lavoirs à 200m et un étendoir.
Chaque chambre a une couette, 2 oreillers et 2 paires de draps & housses.

Newly furnished 2 bedroom apartment near Aumale metro station (10 min. from Erasmus and De Brouckère, 15 min. from Schuman). For CALM students / interns who like a quiet living environment and have fun outside the apartment. The bedrooms are for 1 person only. Visits : maximum one weekend per month because the flat is small, to avoid noise and by respect for the other student.
Kitchen : oven, micro-wave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, blender (+ chopper, beater), juice extractor, gas stove with 3 burners, all the necessary kitchen ware,.
Drying rack. No washing machine but 2 laundrettes at 200m.
Bedrooms have duvet, pillows and 2 sets of bed sheets.
No "domiciliation" (registration of address)

50m from Aumale metro, near all shops and supermarkets, parks, and Basic Fit; 15 min. walk from Midi railway station.
Bath room and kitchen with dining area to share sometimes with a 3rd person who is often away and who sleeps on another floor.
Each bedroom has a duvet, 2 pillows and 2 sets of bed sheets.
