Student room 20 m² Rue Verboeckhaven in Brussels

Bonjour ! (ENGLISH BELOW)
Ma chambre à 450 TTC est dispo à partir du 1er mai (voire 15 avril, flexible) !
Meublée, 20m2, lumineuse, au 2e étage, internet inclus
2 toilettes, 2 sdb et cuisine à partager avec 7 autres étudiants/jeunes travailleurs internationaux, plutôt calmes et indépendants
Une femme de ménage passe tous les mardis dans les espaces communs
Située à moins de 10 minutes à pied de Madou/Botanique, bus 61/59 au pied de l'immeuble, Lidl et plein de commerces pas chers à 5 min à pied
Je cherche quelqu'un qui reprenne mon bail jusqu'à fin juin minimum, sinon la propriétaire est flexible sur la durée du contrat !

Hello !
My room will be free starting from May 1st (can be before, April 15th). The cost is 450 all charges and internet included.
It's a 20m2 bright furnished room at the 2nd floor. There are 2 toilets, bathrooms and a common kitchen shared with 7 other international students and workers, that are rather calm and independant.
A cleaning lady comes every Tuesday.
The room is located less than 10min walk from Madou/Botanique metro stations, there is a 59/61 bus stop just nearby, Lidl and other cheap shops are 5 min walk away
I'm looking for someone to take the room at least until June 30th, otherwise, the landlord is flexible on the duration of the contract.
