Hello,
I'm leaving my flatshare and I'm looking for a girl (preferably) to take my place from April 10 (we can discuss about the date, it can be before) to September 9 of 2020.
The flat is on the 14th (with elevator) and includes:
- a nice living room with a couch, a TV, a dinner table and a balcony
- a fully furnished kitchen : oven, microwave, fridge and freezer
- a bathroom with a shower and a toilet ; a separate small shower room and toilet.
- a washing machine
- internet and wifi
The room is very bright with an amazing view on the park below and includes:
- a single bed
- a small sink
- a wardrobe, a desk and a nightstand
Very well situated, with the tram 81 at the foot of the building (5 minutes from metro Saint-Guidon, 30 minutes from the train station Gare du Midi) and the metro 5 just a 10 minutes walk away. Near the Erasme campus.
Lots of commodities right next to the building: Carrefour, Aldi, Action, Delhaize, Brico... + Cora, Decathlon, Quick / MacDo about 20 minutes away on foot.
The rent is 400€ all included.
The 3 roommates are super friendly and calm students.
