Student room 17 m² Avenue Parmentier in Brussels

I am looking for a quiet and serious student (girl/boy) to sub-rent my fully furnished room for the upcoming semester (available from 1 th of February 2020 until the 27 of June 2020, dates are flexible) since I will be doing an internship abroad during this period.

It is a beautiful and extremely quiet room in a lovely student house shared with 2 other girls and 2 other boys. There is a bed, one table, a chest of drawers, a fridge and shelve in the room with the curtains. The room is located on the first floor facing the back of the house. There is cleaning service roughly once a week of the common areas.

You will be sharing the kitchen, living room, bathroom (shower + toilet) and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. The location is very convenient within 15 minutes walking distance to ICHEC-Brussels School of Management, 6 minutes to the nearest tram station and bus stop. It is located in the area of Woluwe Saint Pierre. There are supermarkets located very close.

Je suis à la recherche d'un étudiant (h/f) calme et sérieux pour sous-louer ma chambre au prochain semestre (disponible du 1 Février 2020 jusqu’au 27 Juin 2020), car je vais faire un stage à l'étranger.

C'est une très belle chambre, très calme et situé au premier étage d'une maison d'étudiants partagée avec 2 filles et 2 garçons y vivent. Il y a un lit, une table, une commode, une étagère, un frigo et les rideaux. Il y a un service ménage des pièces communes plus au moins une fois par semaine.

Tu vas partager la cuisine, le salon, la salle de bain (douche + toilette) et une toilette. La cuisine est équipée avec tous ce qu'il faut (i. e. micro onde, four, machine à laver et un séchoir à l'entrée du batiment). La situation est très bien, vu que c'est à 10-15 minutes de l'ICHEC -Brussels School of Management et aussi de l'arrêt du tram et du bus. Il se trouve à Woluwe Saint Pierre. Les supermarchés se trouvent à proximité du logement.
